The Casino Group, through its subsidiary Monoprix, has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Sarenza, a leading French e-commerce site specializing in the sale of shoes and handbags.
As part of this transaction, the Scotto law firm is advising Stéphane Treppoz and Hélène Boulet-Supau, the executives of Sarenza, with Nicolas Menard-Durand, partner, Franck Vacher, and Dominique Querçin handling the corporate aspects, and Jérôme Commerçon, partner, and Raphaël Bagdassarian handling the tax aspects.
