SCOTTO Works with Bally’s Management Team on the Group’s Acquisition by Shandong Ruyi
The Swiss group Bally, which had previously been owned by JAB Holding, has been acquired by the Chinese textile group Shandong Ruyi, which already owns the SMCP group.
JAB retains a minority stake alongside this new majority shareholder. Bally's management was advised by the firm Scotto.
Claire Revol-Renié, a partner, led the corporate team, which included Magda Picchetto and Victor Bodart. Jérôme Commerçon, a partner, and Raphaël Bagdassarian handled the tax aspects of the matter.
