SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS is advising ICTS Europe’s international management team on its change in ownership

The law firm SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS is advising the international management team of ICTS Europe in connection with its change in ownership. ICTS Europe, a leading provider of security solutions for airlines, airports, ports, cargo companies, and others—which has been owned since 2008 by the German fund Deutsche Beteiligungs AG—has just been acquired by the IPE Group and its co-investor Sofinord.
With a presence in 21 countries—primarily in Europe, but also in Canada, Israel, and Thailand—ICTS Europe generated revenue of 352 million euros in 2012.
The team led by Oren Sapir, made up of managers from many of the countries where the group operates, reflects the international character of the ICTS Europe group.
