SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS is advising the management of the Proxiserve Group in connection with its LBO with the Latour Capital fund
Latour Capital has acquired the Proxiserve Group—previously owned by Veolia Environnement—in a leveraged buyout (LBO) for an enterprise value of approximately fifty million euros.
Proxiserve and its subsidiaries, which specialize in environmental and heating services, generated revenue of approximately 300 million euros in 2011 and have more than 2,000 employees.
The management team, represented by its Chairman Stéphane Caine, is being assisted in this transaction by the law firm SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS, with a team comprising Isabelle Cheradame, Alexandra Perette, Marylène Defait, our tax team, and our employment law team.
Latour Capital was advised by Hawkpoint (Pierre-Arnaud de la Charrière, Georges Wazen, Myriam Hosri) on financial matters and by Fidufrance (Denys Angeloglou, Jean-Marie Bonneville) on legal matters.
The corporate team at SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS recently advised on the LBO sale of SPIE to the investment firms Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) and Axa Private Equity, as well as the industrial sale of Converteam to General Electric.
