The Dentressangle family, in partnership with HLD, is investing 1.5 billion euros to take control of the Kiloutou Group, which was previously owned by the investment funds PAI Partners and Sagard.
As the fourth-largest rental company in Europe and the second-largest equipment rental company in France, Kiloutou has doubled in size over the past six years and currently generates revenue of 600 million euros.
