Scotto is advising CS Communication & Systèmes (listed on Euronext Paris) in connection with its capital increase with preferential subscription rights
CS Communication & Systèmes—a designer, integrator, and operator of critical systems—completed a capital increase on July 25, 2018, while preserving shareholders’ preemptive subscription rights, for a total of 11.5 million euros.
The offering was oversubscribed by 140%, and CS Communication & Systèmes exercised the extension clause provided for in connection with this capital increase.
The funds raised will provide the company with greater financial resources to continue implementing its “Ambition 2021” strategic plan by carrying out new external growth initiatives in the growing sectors of defense and public safety, aerospace, and cybersecurity in Europe.
The lead underwriters and co-bookrunners for the offering were Gilbert Dupont and Portzamparc.
