Scotto Partners advised Brandalley on its acquisition by Brandalley UK
The online retailer, which had been under court-supervised restructuring since September 4, 2019, was acquired by its former subsidiary, Brandalley UK, as part of a divestiture plan approved by the Bobigny Commercial Court in a ruling dated December 16, 2019.
During this transaction, Brandalley and its executives—represented by Paul-Henri Cécillon (PHinancia) and Jean-Jacques Raillard—were advised by Thomas Bourdeaut, Partner, on corporate and restructuring matters, and by Bertrand Thibaut, Counsel, and Alban Tourneux on labor law matters.
Thevenot Partners and Blériot et Associés served as co-insolvency administrators.
