Scotto Partners is advising Armacell's management team in connection with its fifth LBO
PAI Partners and KIRKBI have entered into an agreement to acquire Armacell from Blackstone, which has been Armacell’s majority shareholder since 2016. Upon completion of the transaction, KIRKBI, an investor in Armacell since 2016, will increase its stake to a significant minority position, while PAI Partners will become the new majority shareholder. The transaction also includes a reinvestment by the management team.
Completion of the transaction is subject to standard terms and conditions.
Armacell is a global market leader in flexible foam for equipment insulation and a leading supplier of engineering foams, based in Luxembourg.
Armacell’s management was advised by Scotto Partners, through a team led by Isabelle Cheradame, a partner, assisted byAdrien Badelon and Emil Björkhem on corporate matters; and by Jérôme Commerçon, a partner, on tax matters.
