Scotto Partners is advising the Adameo Group on its merger with EY Consulting

Adameo, a consulting and IT services firm specializing in supply chain management, is changing its majority shareholder. After more than seven years in partnership with the Odyssée Venture fund, Adameo is joining EY Consulting, a leader in strategic transformation consulting.

Following this merger, adameo is changing its name to EY adameo.

Founded in 2011, adameo is a consulting firm specializing in helping companies optimize their supply chains. The group addresses the full range of supply chain issues, both upstream and downstream, from strategic vision to operational implementation across the areas of operations, information systems, technology, and human resources.

This merger will enable the two entities to combine their expertise to address new challenges in the supply chain.

As part of this transaction, Scotto Partners advised the adameo group with a team consisting of Coralie Oger (partner), assisted by Alexandre Plas, Tania Lozano, and Elise Burkhart on corporate and M&A matters; Jérôme Commerçon (partner), supported by Mélissa Pouvesle on tax matters; andAlban Tourneux on labor and employment matters.
