Scotto Partners is advising Rydoo’s management team on an LBO with Eurazeo
Press Release
Rydoo, the global leader in business expense management software, is changing its majority shareholder with the arrival of Eurazeo, through its Small-Mid Buyout team. The closing of the transaction remains subject to the completion of the customary closing conditions. Marlin Equity Partners, the current investor and majority shareholder, will reinvest to continue supporting Rydoo’s success alongside Eurazeo.
This transaction is central to the Small-Mid Buyout strategy, which aims to support the international expansion of fast-growing European SMEs in the technology and B2B services sectors. Rydoo’s management team and the Eurazeo Small-mid Buyout team share the ambition to continue investing in innovation to enhance the value proposition for customers and maintain their high level of satisfaction (NPS), a key driver of Rydoo’s growth.
Scotto Partners worked alongside Rydoo’s management team with a team led by partners Isabelle Cheradame and Jérôme Commerçon, associates Alexandre Zouhal and Rémi Mandet on corporate matters; associates Nicolas Vacca and Mélissa Pouvesle on tax matters; and Alban Tourneux on labor law matters.
Eurazeo was advised by the law firm Latham & Watkins, with Simon Lange and Xavier Renard. Marlin Equity Partners was advised by Mayer Brown.
