Scotto Partners advised Verescence’s management on the conclusion of an exclusivity agreement between Stirling Square Capital Partners and a consortium comprising Draycott and Movendo Capital, with a view to acquiring 100% of Verescence’s equity.
Verescence is a company specializing in glass bottles for the fragrance and cosmetics industries. With 120 years of expertise, Verescence has become a key partner to iconic brands in the beauty industry. The company operates four glass manufacturing plants and five decoration facilities in France, Spain, the United States, and South Korea, producing more than 600 million bottles each year.
Verescence's management was advised by Scotto Partners, with a team consisting of Claire Revol-Renié (partner) and Jérôme Commerçon (partner), supported by Alexandre Zouhal, Pierre-Henri Abadie, and Ugo Storch.
