Scotto Partners advised PlaniSense’s shareholders in connection with the acquisition of PlaniSense by FuturMaster, backed by Sagard NewGen and Cathay Capital.

Founded in 2015, PlaniSense is a provider of software solutions for supply chain planning and scheduling. The company has 34 employees based in France. Its product offering consists of four modules: demand planning, distribution planning, supply chain planning, and scheduling.

This transaction enables PlaniSense and FuturMaster to position themselves as a leading provider of supply chain solutions on the international stage.

PlaniSense’s shareholders were advised by Scotto Partners, with a team consisting of Coralie Oger, partner; Clément Carol and Clara Cesaro on corporate matters; and Jérôme Commerçon, partner, and Nicolas Vacca on tax matters.
