Scotto Partners is advising Alphascience's management team on Seriderm Holding's acquisition of a stake in the company

Alphascience, a French small and medium-sized enterprise specializing in medical cosmetics, has announced its merger with the SERIDERM Group. The acquisition takes the form of SERIDERM Holding acquiring a stake in Alphascience.

Alphascience is an innovative company co-founded in 2016 by Alfred Marchal, a world-renowned scientist in aesthetic medicine, and Julien Revol, who has 20 years of experience in anti-aging cosmetics. The company develops its own active ingredients and innovative formulas in its basic research laboratory, with 100% French manufacturing. Operating primarily on the international stage, its main markets today are North America and Southeast Asia, with the ambition of becoming a leading player in anti-aging treatments.

With the support of its new shareholder, Alphascience intends to accelerate its projects to develop new innovations in order to promote recognition of French-made expertise in cosmetics, manufacturing, and logistics.

With the support of its new shareholder, Wifirst intends to strengthen its leadership position in France and expand internationally, notably by establishing a stronger presence in the corporate Wi-Fi market and implementing a strategy of targeted acquisitions. CAPZA will also support the Group in implementing concrete measures that will help it meet its sustainable development goals.

As part of this transaction, the CEO and shareholders/partners of the Alphascience Group were advised by Scotto Partners, with a team consisting of Claire Revol-Renié (partner) and Alexandre Zouhal.
