Scotto Partners is advising the management team of Parthena Consultant on its acquisition of Project SI and its subsidiary, Project PACA

Parthena Consultant, a Paris-area integrator of management solutions, has announced its sixth acquisition since 2018 with the purchase of all shares in Project SI and its subsidiary, Project PACA. The newly merged entity has revenue of €28 million and employs 200 people serving 1,500 clients.

Founded in 1990, Parthena Consultant is a major player in digital transformation consulting and information systems services. The group meets companies’ needs in the areas of accounting and financial management, payroll and human resources, digitization, sales and CRM, and production, and offers cloud-based solutions. Parthena also develops specialized solutions tailored to specific sectors such as the hospitality industry, OPCOs, mutual insurance companies, and associations. With €14 million in revenue in 2018, Parthena has more than 130 employees and over 1,150 clients.

This acquisition is part of Parthena Consultant’s national expansion strategy, with the company aiming to reach €30 million in revenue by 2022.
