Scotto Partners is advising Tawhid Chtioui on the acquisition of a minority stake in the ISGA Group

The Moroccan private school group, the Institut supérieur d’ingénierie et des affaires (ISGA), has been acquired by AfricInvest, a leading pan-African private equity firm, and Tawhid Chtioui, an entrepreneur in the higher education sector. The DIOURI family, the group’s long-standing shareholder and founder, retains a minority stake in the group.
Founded in 1981 by Mohammed Diouri, the Institut Supérieur d’Ingénierie et des Affaires has been offering management and engineering programs for nearly 40 years and consists of five campuses located in Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakesh, Fez, and El Jadida. The school’s mission is to train and develop high-level executives and to prepare them to take on leadership roles in corporate development. Today, more than 15,500 ISGA graduates are working in the business world and academia. For more than 25 years, the group has also maintained close cooperative relationships with foreign universities and engineering schools.
