Scotto Partners is advising Actility's CEO on the sale of the company to the Netmore Group

Scotto Partners advised the CEO of Actility, a French company specializing in low-power wide-area wireless communication networks, on its sale to the Netmore Group.

As a co-inventor of LoRaWAN technology, Actility is a global leader in industrial-grade connectivity solutions and IoT asset tracking. Its ThingPark platform powers the majority of public networks, as well as numerous private and enterprise networks around the world.

Through this transaction, Actility brings to Netmore thousands of projects deployed in more than 100 countries, partnerships with more than 50 LoRaWAN network operators, and a customer base that includes global leaders in the utilities and manufacturing sectors.

The Scotto Partners team, which worked alongside Actility’s CEO, consisted of Claire Revol-Renié (partner) and Manon Halna du Fretay, who handled corporate matters, as well as Emilie Renaud (partner), who handled tax matters.
