Scotto Partners is advising the management of the International Cookware Group on its acquisition by Kartesia

Previously owned by Aurora Resurgence, the International Cookware Group—the market leader in cookware, whose products are sold under the iconic Pyrex® brand—is now under the control of Kartesia, with the group’s management team taking an equity stake in the company.

Kartesia is providing all of the unitranche financing as well as the majority of the equity.

The managers were advised by Scotto Partners, through a team led by Claire Revol-Renié (Partner), assisted by Magda Picchetto (Counsel), Marie-Pauline Piquet-Gauthier and Antonin Balsan on corporate matters; Jérôme Commerçon (Partner), assisted by Martine Le Roux and Loïc Pipaud on tax matters; and Bertrand Thibaut (Counsel) and Alban Tourneux on employment law.
