Scotto Partners is advising Parthena Consultant on the acquisition of the ADSI Group

Scotto Partners advised the Parthena Consultant Group on its acquisition of the ADSI Group, France's fourth-largest Sage X3 integrator.

Founded in 1990, Parthena Consultant is a provider of management solutions for mid-sized companies. The group currently serves more than 3,000 clients through a team of 370 employees.

This transaction enables Parthena Consultant to significantly strengthen its expertise in Sage X3 and solidifies its position as a leading player in the mid-market ERP sector. It also brings the group’s revenue to nearly 70 million euros.

The Scotto Partners team that worked alongside Parthena Consultant consisted of Coralie Oger (partner), Clément Carol, Clara Cesaro, and Lara Yilmaz.

The ADSI Group was advised by Olivier Toury (Lealta Avocats) and Imane Hafidi.
