Scotto Partners advised the management team of Clecim, a manufacturer of equipment for the steel industry, regarding the offer received by Mutares from the Fouré Lagadec Group to acquire the company.
Based in Savigneux, in the Loire region, Clecim is a supplier of steel equipment and products serving customers in France and abroad. The company generates revenue of approximately 55 million euros and employs nearly 200 people.
This transaction will enable Clecim to continue the diversification it recently began into the new defense and energy markets.
The Scotto Partners team that worked alongside Clecim’s management consisted of Isabelle Cheradame (partner) and Pierre-Henri Abadie.
