Scotto Partners is advising GreenPods on its fundraising round with SWEN Terra

Scotto Partners advised GreenPods, a French company specializing in the development of regenerative agriculture farms, on its fundraising round with the SWEN Terra fund managed by SWEN Capital Partners.

Founded in 2020, GreenPods develops and operates sustainable agricultural projects, specializing in the production of nuts in Europe. The company currently has about ten employees.

This €30 million fundraising round will enable GreenPods to invest in the acquisition of five farms and the creation of an integrated processing facility, ensuring complete control over the value chain.

The Scotto Partners team that advised GreenPods consisted of Coralie Oger (partner), Clara Cesaro, and Clément Carol on corporate matters, as well as Emilie Renaud (partner), Thibaut Sitoleux, and Mélissa Bénaissa on tax matters.
