SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS advised GTT and its management team in connection with its initial public offering

The law firm Scotto & Associés advised Gaz Transport & Technigaz (GTT)—a marine engineering company and global leader in the design of cryogenic containment systems for the maritime transport and onshore or offshore storage of liquefied natural gas—and its management team in connection with the company’s initial public offering.

Trading in GTT shares began on the Euronext Paris market on February 27, 2014. The company’s market capitalization was 1.7 billion euros, having raised 621 million euros during its initial public offering.
