SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS is advising Webhelp on its expansion in the Netherlands

The law firm Scotto & Associés advised the Webhelp Group on its expansion into the Netherlands.
One year after acquiring the British outsourcing firm HERO TSC, Webhelp continues to expand with the acquisition of SNT, a major player in customer relationship outsourcing in the Netherlands, which employs 3,500 people and generated revenue of 77 million euros in 2013.
This transaction enables France’s second-largest call center operator to become one of Europe’s leading operators, with a total of 37 call centers worldwide, 18,000 employees, and revenue of more than 370 million euros.
Founded in 2000 by Frédéric Jousset and Olivier Duha, Webhelp was the subject of an LMBO led by Charterhouse in 2011. Half of its 130 clients are now international.
The firm’s team, consisting of Claire Revol-Renié, a partner, and Adrien Badelon in the corporate practice, advised the Webhelp Group and the shareholder-managers on this transaction.
