Scotto & Associés is advising Soitec (a company listed on Euronext Paris), a global leader in the production of innovative semiconductor materials, in connection with the implementation of an employee incentive plan as part of the company’s recapitalization transactions totaling up to 180 million euros, which will be submitted for a vote at the general meeting on April 11, 2016, with the support of Bpifrance, CEA Investissement (a subsidiary of the French Atomic Energy Commission), and NSIG (National Silicon Industry Group, a Chinese investment holding company specializing in the semiconductor industry).
