Scotto Partners is advising Orange Business on the acquisition of Expertime

Orange Business announced the acquisition of Expertime, a company specializing in Microsoft solutions and recognized for its expertise in applications, collaborative solutions, and data.

Founded in 2003, Expertime now has 165 employees, primarily based in France, who hold the highest-level certifications in the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in the areas of public cloud, AI, and data—three key areas at the heart of Orange Business’s value proposition.

This acquisition is part of Orange Business’s strategic plan, “Lead the Future.” Through this merger, Orange Business aims to accelerate its growth in digital services and become the leading network and digital integrator in Europe.

This partnership will also enable Orange Business to strengthen its teams of Microsoft business experts to support companies—particularly small and medium-sized businesses—in their transition to the public cloud, thanks to the expertise of Expertime’s teams in Microsoft Azure.
