Scotto Partners is advising HexaDone on the acquisition of Hyvilo

Scotto Partners advised HexaDone on its acquisition of Hyvilo, a company specializing in the development of off-the-shelf business modules designed to link data, responsibilities, and timelines.

Founded in 2023 by Orange and the Banque des Territoires, HexaDone is a joint venture that offers a platform enabling local governments, public and quasi-public entities, and real estate asset managers to aggregate, classify, structure, and analyze their data for decision-making and operational purposes.

This initiative is part of HexaDone’s growth strategy, which aims to strengthen its platform and position the company as the French leader in data management for local government entities.

The Scotto Partners team that worked alongside HexaDone consisted of Coralie Oger (partner), Clara Cesaro, and Shanez Kouchkar.

The law firm Charles Russell Speechlys advised Hyvilo's shareholders.
