Scotto Partners is advising the Orange Group on its acquisition of Exelus

Enovacom, the healthcare subsidiary of Orange Business Services, announces the acquisition of all shares in Exelus, a major player in telemedicine and the developer of the Nomadeec solution. Exelus is a platform that facilitates communication between medical and paramedical staff and other healthcare professionals, such as emergency medical services (SAMU).

Founded in 2002 by Laurent Frigara and Renaud Luparia, Enovacom is a specialist in medical data and the French leader in IT interoperability for healthcare systems. The group works with healthcare professionals to improve their daily work through solutions for collecting, protecting, exchanging, and analyzing health data. In 2018, Enovacom joined the healthcare division of Orange Business Services.
