Scotto Partners is advising Packdis’s managing partners on the sale of all shares to the TINI Group

Press Release

Packdis, a specialist in disposable and food packaging, announced today the sale of all shares held by Packdis’s managing partners—including the founding brothers Ali and Yahya Sheybani—to the TINI Group, which has been led by Denis Rollin since 1992 and is a major player in the packaging trade.

Packdis is a wholesale company specializing in single-use food packaging (cutlery, disposable cups for fast food) and in the extrusion of plastics. It also manufactures plastic food trays and packaging (PET, PP, and PET-PE) for supermarkets and professionals in the food industry.

Founded in 1998 in Paris in response to the expansion and growth of the fast-food industry in France and Europe, Packdis has successfully developed and expanded its product line over the years in response to consistent and steady customer demand. Today, Packdis distributes its products in France, Europe (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Switzerland, Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, etc.), Asia (Seoul, Dubai), and North America (United States).

As part of this transaction, Packdis’s partners were jointly advised by Scotto Partners, with a team led by Coralie Oger (partner) and supported by Caroline Vieren in the area of corporate/M&A.

Other legal advice:

Lexicube Avocats (Jean-Luc Dury) advised the TINI Group.
